Over The Fence is operated by STER GROUP LLC d/b/a EXIT Realty Achieve, 956 W Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY 11787, with Jeff Mistretta, Owner/Broker of EXIT Realty Achieve and EXIT Realty Premier, responsible for the community. This policy explains what we collect and who can see it.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information for money to data brokers, list buyers, or any other third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We never provide member lists to real estate agents or other third parties for their own use.
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Advertising and audience matching
We may share hashed, non-reversible identifiers, such as a hashed email address, with advertising platforms like Meta so that we can show Over The Fence content to current members and to reach people who may be similar to our members. These platforms are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own purposes or from combining it with data they collect elsewhere for their own purposes. You may opt out of this advertising use at any time by contacting us at hello@overthefenceli.com or through the preference center linked in every marketing email. If you opt out, we will stop sharing your information for audience matching and will remove your hashed identifier from active advertising audiences.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never included in this. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes, and are never used for advertising audiences.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your name, cell phone number, email address, home address, and whether you own or rent. We also keep a record of the exact consent language you agreed to, along with the technical details of that consent, so both of us can always show what you signed up for.
Who can see it
Your information is visible only to Jeff Mistretta's administrative team and, where applicable, the single agent who invited you. An inviting agent can see that you joined through their invitation, but never your phone number or street address.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the community, such as website hosting, data storage, and email and text message delivery. These providers may process your information only as needed to deliver those services to us, and never for their own marketing or any other purpose.
Your choices
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you would like your membership removed entirely, contact us and we will take care of it.
